Our Summer Special for You

For all courses, except Spreepferdchen, you can of course still send substitute participants to attend in your place. The exact number of additional classes depends on the length of the course you have booked. Here is an overview:

Our trial offers

Trial offer for children

Many families are unsure whether a course is the right fit for them. That is why we would like to give you the opportunity this summer to book all children’s courses, except Spreepferdchen courses, as trial courses.

Instead of booking a full course right away, you initially book only three course sessions for €45. If you like the course, you can continue until the regular end of the course and, of course, extend your participation afterwards.

What do you need to do? Simply register as usual using our registration forms and let our team know, when they contact you about course placement, that you would like to start with a trial course.

Trial offer for adults

Everyday life with children is often hectic and demanding. That makes it all the more important to create time and space for yourself. Our yoga, Pilates, line dance and senior fitness courses are a great opportunity to do just that.

To help you try out our courses, we offer a trial course of three sessions for €30 instead of the regular €45. This offer is, of course, also open to anyone who does not have children or whose children are already grown up.

What do you need to do? Simply register as usual using our registration forms and let our team know, when they contact you about course placement, that you would like to start with a trial course.

(More) Harmony in Family Life – Building Connection and Understanding Through Nonviolent Communication

Every day, we juggle work, household tasks, schedules, and responsibilities — while really wishing for just one thing: a little more peace at home.

But how can that happen when voices get louder, emotions run high, and no one really feels understood? In this course, you will discover how nonviolent communication (based on the work of Marshall B. Rosenberg) can help bring more closeness, trust, and mutual understanding into family life, step by step. Instead of power struggles, blame, or endless discussions, you will learn how to express clearly and respectfully what matters to you — while also hearing the needs of others without losing yourself in the process. Experience how an honest yes and a loving no can lead to real connection.

Look forward to plenty of practical exercises, inspiring aha moments, and an atmosphere where learning and heart can come together.

Who it is for: Parents, grandparents, blended families, and anyone who would like to bring more ease, respect, and togetherness into family life.

Goal: More calm, clearer communication, and more joy in living together — even when life gets turbulent.

Long before toddlers speak their first words, they can already communicate clearly through baby signs. In the babySignal course, parents and children (6–24 months) learn how to playfully integrate simple signs from German Sign Language into everyday life — and use them to create more relaxed communication together.

babySignal stands for early dialogue!

  • Joyful shared communication and connection
  • Children can express themselves clearly through gestures and signs
  • Exciting moments with your child on the journey toward speech
