🚀 Our Course Groups

  • MiniZwerge (1.5 – 2 years):
The youngest children gather their first movement experiences together with a trusted parent or caregiver. Through play, they discover what their bodies can already do.
  • MidiZwerge (2 – 3 years):
Children build on their first movement experiences and gain more confidence. A parent or caregiver continues to accompany them as they explore and try things out.
  • MaxiZwerge (3 – 4 years):
Children become more courageous and independent. With the support of a parent or caregiver, they master small challenges and expand their motor skills.
  • JuniorZwerge (4 – 5 years):
Children take part without parent participation for the first time. They build confidence, experience teamwork and enjoy their own achievements.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, non-slip socks, a drink if needed, changing items — and lots of enthusiasm for movement!
  • Is the class with or without parents?
Until the child’s fourth birthday, children take part with a parent or caregiver. From around age 4, in the JuniorZwerge groups, children join without parents — with warm and attentive guidance.
  • What happens if we are sick?
No problem. You can send another child of the same age as a replacement, for example from your family or circle of friends.
  • How large are the groups?
Our groups have a maximum of 10 children, so there is enough space for individual attention.
  • Does my child need prior experience?
No. All children are welcome, whether they are already doing somersaults or still approaching movement carefully.
