Meet Our Team

Josephine Krause

My name is Josephine Krause. I founded aquaphine and today serve as the managing director of aquaphine GmbH. I originally studied education (teaching degrees in German and Mathematics), but my lifelong love for water inspired me to create a place where children and families could share the joy of movement.

Since 2011, aquaphine has operated its own swimming facilities, and in 2012 we opened our location in Prenzlauer Berg. In 2023, I completed my degree as a certified Pool Operations Manager. I’m also trained as a:

  • Baby massage instructor (DGBM e.V.) 
  • Baby and toddler swimming instructor 
  • Creative children’s dance instructor 
  • Children’s sports trainer 
  • Aqua fitness trainer 
  • IHK-certified vocational trainer (AEVO)

Our Team

Our team is made up of passionate and highly motivated instructors who love working with children, families, and adults. From sports enthusiasts to parents themselves, each brings unique experience and heart to their work.

All TOBEinsel instructors are certified children’s sports trainers and crawling group leaders. Many also hold backgrounds in sports science, physiotherapy, or early childhood education.

Together, we strive to create a warm, professional, and inspiring environment — where movement is joyful, confidence grows naturally, and every participant feels welcome.
